Waipoli Greens was founded over 25 years ago, in 1997 by Geoff & Celia Haines, Paul
Singleton and Patty Nakao. Their dedication and hard work laid the foundation for the
exceptional products we offer, and we are committed to upholding their legacy.
Our operation is located on the slopes of Haleakala where the cool air is perfect for
growing greens. Our farm has five independent recycling hydroponic units on two farms.
There are 380 benches with the capability to provide over 278,000 heads of lettuce 10-12
times per year. We are also a member of the Maui Produce Processing Co-op where our
products are vacuum cooled prior to delivery to Kahului for distribution to ensure crispness
and the highest quality.
Waipoli Greens is food safety certified and practice Good Agriculture Practices (GAP). We
are trained in Worker Protection Standard trainings.
